1. Introduction
Welcome to AdPlace (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AdPlace website located at https://adplace.site and the associated pixel advertising services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a pixel block, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AdPlace is a digital advertising platform that allows users to purchase rectangular pixel blocks on a shared 1920×1080 interactive grid. Users may upload a static image or a short video (up to 10 seconds, maximum 1080p resolution) to display within their purchased block. Each block includes a clickable redirect URL that directs visitors to a destination chosen by the block owner. Pricing is determined by a transparent formula: the monthly cost in USD equals the sum of the block's width and height in pixels (price = width + height).
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. Accounts and Registration
To purchase a pixel block, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@adplace.site if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
5. Purchases and Billing
All purchases are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. The monthly subscription price for your pixel block is calculated as: price = width + height (in USD). For example, a 10×10 block costs $20 per month. Prices are displayed before purchase and will not change during an active billing period without prior notice.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your pixel block will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will be removed from the grid. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at contact@adplace.site within 30 days.
7. Content Guidelines
You are solely responsible for the content you upload to the Service. You agree not to upload content that: (a) is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene; (b) infringes any intellectual property rights of third parties; (c) contains malware, phishing links, or other harmful code; (d) is misleading or deceptive in nature; or (e) violates any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without prior notice and without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant AdPlace a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. The AdPlace name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property and may not be used without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdPlace and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AdPlace operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
